Booking terms
The simple rules for booking directly with Ivory Suites.
Before you book
Price and payment
The total shown before you pay includes the accommodation, a cleaning fee and the local environmental contribution. You pay the full amount, in euros, when you book. Payment is taken securely by Revolut, and your card details never reach our website. Your booking is confirmed when the payment succeeds, and we email you straight away.
Guests
Each stay sleeps a set number of guests, shown on the booking page, and adults and children together cannot exceed it. Please tell us accurately how many adults (18 and over) and children (under 18) are staying.
Environmental contribution
Malta charges a local environmental contribution of €1.50 per adult (18 and over on arrival) per night, up to a maximum of €22.50 per adult for a continuous stay. We collect it with your booking and pass it on.
Minimum stay
The minimum stay is 2 nights. For stays of more than 30 nights, please send us an enquiry.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date, and we will refund you in full to the payment method you used. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, or do not arrive, the booking is not refundable. To cancel, reply to your confirmation email.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is after 3 pm and check-out is before 10 am. Entry is by keypad, and we send the details before you arrive.

We use your name, email and phone number to manage your booking. See the privacy notice.
