Privacy notice
This notice explains how Ivory Suites handles personal data collected through this website.
Who we are
Ivory Suites is a short-let accommodation in Floriana, Malta, hosted by Audrey and Melvin. You can contact us at info@ivorymalta.com.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, optional phone number, the stay you are interested in, your dates, the number of guests, and your message.
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to book, to arrange your stay. The legal basis is your consent, and our legitimate interest in answering the questions you send us.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is sent to us by email. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing. Our email and website hosting providers process the data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as needed to deal with them and any resulting booking, and as required by law.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. When you follow a link to Airbnb or Google Maps, those services apply their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, or restrict or object to how we use it. Email us to do so. You may also complain to the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta (idpc.org.mt).
